“Due to the deliberate decision to move away from fossil fuels in energy and transport, both at the European community level and in the domestic market, there is no dilemma today as to whether to develop and invest in RES.”
What does the cooperation look like?
Several factors determine the attractiveness of a location. The key one is the wind potential of a given area. In our resources, we have data from over 100 meteorological masts, which worked for a period of min. 14 months. This enables us to diagnose the wind attractiveness of almost any place in the country. Read more about other location criteria on our blog will be published shortly.
When choosing land for an investment, the area in which it is located should first be analysed in terms of the currently valid planning document: LSDP.
An extensive and time-consuming stage of the process that determines the formal and legal aspects of the investment.
The essence of this stage is to determine the form of ownership from which the legal title to the real estate arises. It should be remembered that the land directly under the investment and issues related to access to the farm are subject to security. It is also essential to determine the location of the power line together with a notarised transmission easement and the lease of the space in which the turbine rotor rotates – usually outside the plot on which the foundation is located.
An extract from the LSDP is required at this stage of the project.
It is the final stage of the project before the development begins.
This document guarantees the investor’s safety who commences operations in a given project by investing financial resources. According to current legal regulations, the oldest wind power plant that can be connected to the National Power System cannot be more than 72 months old from the date of manufacture.
Among others, the construction of access roads, foundations and a manoeuvring area, the foundation of the mast, the wind turbine and the connection of the wind power plant to other elements of the technical infrastructure.
Applies to investors who wish to generate electricity from renewable energy sources with a total installed electrical capacity of no less than 500 kW. They want to store it, sell it to the grid or distribute it. At this stage, you need to complete the documentation for the entire project and submit an application to the Energy Regulatory Office (URE of Poland) for auctioning.

We are a developer of wind and photovoltaic projects, which we also implement “turnkey”. From the preparation of the necessary documents and obtaining administrative decisions, including permits, to the connection to the electrical grid, we deal with the entire project process.
We are the first in Poland to develop and implement the concept of using green hydrogen as a systemic solution to store energy produced by RES-based generation during off-peak demand hours.
Bet on experience and trust the professionals. In 2001 we commissioned Poland’s first professional wind farm in Barzowice near Darlowo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, consisting of 6 Vestas V52 wind turbines with a total capacity 5.1 MW.
Since then, we have accompanied our investors in investments of several hundred MW of installed capacity. We are looking forward to cooperating with: Investors, Municipalities and local authorities, Landowners and project owners.

Do you want to optimise your project financially and ensure your complete energy independence? Opt for green hydrogen and build a green hydrogen production plant with us.
Renewable energy sources (RES) are entirely dependent on nature, making them completely unprogrammable. Technology-based on so-called green hydrogen can balance RES by allowing energy to be stored when the energy produced is not needed on the network and released when it is in demand.
